The apartment is located in front of the Valencia Museum of Arts and Sciences and an oceanographic park called the “ L’Oceanogràfic” (the largest marine park in Europe). It is only two kilometers (1.2 miles) from the historical center of the city, and within five minutes of the beach.The house consists of four rooms; three of which are used as bed and breakfast accommodations. There is also a large living room and a terrace with a splendid view directly facing the most important park in Valencia.
