The b&b
A large 16th century house built with the wooden beams and stone that are typical of the Turenne area and located in the open country in the woods on the shores of a private lake.
The house is surrounded by a rose garden that contains 100 rose bushes.
Silence and nature reign supreme.
ACTIVITIES
Swimming pool (17m x 6m [55 ft x 19 ft]), billiards, boating, bicycle riding and fishing in the lake.
Walking paths in the woods (private). Possibility to watch animals in the wild a few yards from the house.
The house has been well restored and furnished with modern comforts. In the sitting rooms you will find parquet floors, visible wooden beams, antique fireplaces, a piano and a library.
LOCATED IN THE LOIRA CASTLE REGION IN THE LOIRE VALLEY, the METAIRIE is situated in the middle of the castle and wine cellar sightseeing itinerary (Tourmaine and Samur wines)
and Futurscope is only a short distance away.
