The mini-apartment (24 sq. meters / 78.7 sq. ft.) is completely independent and is situated in the center of Napoli at only 10 meters (32 ft.) from the Metro (subway) stop and it is also very near to several bus stops so this means that within 10 minutes it is possible to reach any part of the city.
The apartment consists of two rooms: on the ground floor there the living room with a kitchenette, a fridge, and TV/DVD. Upstairs there is the sleeping area and the bathroom. Autonomous heating. During the summer the apartment is cool and fresh due to the fact that it is located in the interior part of a antique palazzo on the ground floor. Affords hospitality comfortably to two persons but it can also sleep four persons because besides the double bed located on the second floor there is a large davenport (sofa bed) in the living room on the ground floor. Next to the palazzo you can find bars, tobacco shops, delicatessens, drug stores (chemists) and parking lots. If you desire you can request breakfast which has a separate cost. Bed linen and towels are changed every 8 days.
