Our guests also have access to our restaurant which is specialized in the typical local Madonie cuisine that uses the natural products of the region. In the summer dinner is served under the stars.

ACTIVITIES
We have a horse stable so we can offer our guests the possibility to go horseback riding in the woods and along the old paths that lead to the nearby towns.
However, it is possible to take fascinating walks in the still uncontaminated green nature.
WORKSHOPS
The Workshop programs are decided year by year. Among these we would like to bring to your attention “Le Danze Sacre di Gurdjeff” (“Gurdjeff’s Sacred Dances”), Creative Writing, Canto dei Chakra (Chakra Songs), and Buto Dance.
CHEESE-MAKING
We wanted to conserve this antique family tradition and therefore we have continued to produce cheeses such as ricotta, fresh cheese, sheep cheese (with various aging periods) and cacciocavallo cheese using the old traditional methods.
TOURIST ITINERARIES
The Pianetti Farm is situated an hour from Palermo and 75 minutes from Piazza Armerina and Agrigento and two and a half hours from the Mount Etna Volcano.
