LAS COLINAS
A turning off the road between Granada and Cordoba,leads to the village of Las Grajeras. Follow a lane between the Olive trees and you will find Cortijo las Colinas, surrounded by the beautiful Andalucian hills.
Your hosts Sylvia and David look forward to welcoming you with a complimentary drink and tapas.
After your journey you can relax and unwind on the lovely terraces, with uninterrupted views. As far as the eye can see are olive trees, dotted with the traditional white houses of this area.
If you wish to explore this area which is steeped in history, Granada, Cordoba, Jaen or the coast, are all reachable in between one and two hours, closer by are Alcala la Real, Priego de Cordoba and a number of villages all worth visiting. For the more energetic there are endless hill walking and mountain biking possibilities, either straight from our door or in the nearby Subbetica national park.
ACCOMODATION
Las Colinas has 2 double bedrooms Rosa and Verde also 2 twin bedrooms, Naranja and Azul. All rooms are on the first floor and have en-suite shower rooms with toilet, basin, shower and wardrobe.
The cosy Lounge/Dining Room, leads on to a Vine Covered Terrace, with a step up to a raised terrace and Swimming Pool. The terraces overlook an enclosed garden with further seating. Both terraces are ideal for alfresco dining, sunbathing, star gazing or just enjoying the view. On the first floor there is a balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a fabulous sunset.
Hospitality
Start your day with an excellent and varied breakfast menu on the terrace, made with quality local ingredients and home made preserves.
Your hosts Sylvia and David have both worked as chefs and also enjoy offering an optional dinner menu, which can be served by candlelight beneath the stars.
Lunches or picnics are also available if required.
To ensure a totally relaxed holiday at Las Colinas, we aim to offer as much flexibility as possible for arrival, departure and meal times.
